Please read Wikipedia's policies on verifiability and reliable sources. While you may have documentation, we need to be able to verify the information is correct. Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Please read the policies I told you about above. While you may have documentation from the government, we need published, reliable sources in order to verify the information you are putting.
