Census 2011
Dear Sankar, With regards to your edits in Tamil Nadu page, I've some news for you. The data which you've entered is for 2011 census. But Tamil Nadu is rapidly growing state. 148 Municipalities are now 125 in number, mostly because of expansion of Greater Chennai Corporation, so is the case of Town Panchayats too. Check Tamil Nadu govt. websites before editing. Thanks 'n Cheers. --BabuOnWiki (talk) 03:53, 28 July 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of A. W. Rabi Bernard
Hello Gfosankar,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged A. W. Rabi Bernard for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 11:47, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Friends of WikiLeaks

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Friends of WikiLeaks requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Legoktm (talk) 09:24, 19 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Venkatachalam Irai Anbu, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages English, Tamil and Salem (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Hi Gfosankar. Thank you for your work on patrolling new pages and tagging for speedy deletion. I'm just letting you know that I declined your deletion request for Kitchen Deep Cleaning, a page that you tagged for speedy deletion, under criterion G1 because the criterion you used or the reason you gave does not cover this kind of page. G1 only applies to "Pages consisting entirely of incoherent text or gibberish with no meaningful content or history" Please take a moment to look at the suggested tasks for patrollers and review the criteria for speedy deletion. Particularly, the section covering non-criteria. Such pages are best tagged with proposed deletion, proposed deletion for biographies of living persons, or sent to the appropriate deletion discussion. Begonia Brandbygeana (talk) 14:26, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
- I think it needs deleting though but not as G1. Begonia Brandbygeana (talk) 14:26, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
