I made it that way so it could be consistent with the template. Rather placing them on three separate cluttered pages, they should only be listed in one. Replaceable fair use Image:Lisa Angelle.PNG

Thanks for uploading Image:Lisa Angelle.PNG. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 00:58, 9 July 2009 (UTC)

Wayne Massey Article - Removal of accurate and interesting information.
Hello... Why on earth would you remove accurate and complete information from the Wayne Massey article ????... It was a lot of work to enter all that info ( "B" side titles, record labels and ACM nomination), and it makes no sense to me that you would prefer that the article was less complete and interesting... Well, thank you very much for creating the B-Side table. That information should not have been deleted as you did previously. Can you please add a b-side table to the Collaboration and Guest Single tables also? I don't know how and don't want to mess it up. Here are the released singles and the associated b-sides:
When It's Down To Me And You / I'll Always Try Forever One More Time
When Love Is Right / Someone Like You
With Just One Look In Your Eyes / Tangled In A Tightrope
You Are My Music You Are My Song / We Got Love
Thanks in advance, (Cindy10000 (talk) 22:54, 16 July 2009 (UTC))
To Say Goodbye
It doesn't have to chart to be notable, song pages are created all the time before they've appeared on charts. There's enough info here to create a substantial article, and WP:MUSIC says: "Notability aside, a separate article on a song is only appropriate when there is enough verifiable material to warrant a reasonably detailed article; articles unlikely ever to grow beyond stubs should be merged to articles about an artist or album." Additionally, the article has many references, and the song itself has notability - there's even a website for it. CloversMallRat (talk) 22:49, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

Shania's new album
That comment from someone from Shania's label seems improbable to me. They have not commented on such things in the past. The letter from Shania to fans states that music is coming. Also, the article is factually wrong about the numbers of fans visiting the STC this year. I was next to Tracy from the STC as she spoke on the phone with this reporter and she clearly stated there were 5000 fans through the door. The difference a decimal point can make. I question the validity of an unnamed source. --Renrenren (talk) 13:07, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
Excuse Me
So sorry about failing to cite something on a page lacking any citation whatsoever. But I will fix it now and add the source. By the way, if you're going to nitpick one artist on that page, I think you'd better go and erase the entire list of artists seeing as there's absolutely no source for any of them, except Alanis Morissette. - LoveLaced (talk) 03:24, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Woolworth store.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Woolworth store.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 00:45, 15 September 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Infrogmation (talk) 00:45, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

Need feedback on what to do...
I believe the B&R Stores version of Super Saver Stores (Super Saver Foods) information was wrongly taken down. Where else am I supposed to put this information? What other address should it go? This is the appropriate place for it. There are three different companies' versions of information represented already, not just Albertsons', so why is it not appropriate for Super Savers' information to not also be displayed. They have more than a dozen stores in Nebraska and Iowa, and are a legitimate, nationally-noted grocer.
I'll also be consulting other counsel in order to gather additional opinions on our options moving forward, as this situation is one we regard as very serious.

Please take a look again
Please take another look at this. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Politics, Religion and Her (song). Politics, Religion and Her (song) was a significant "single" for this artist's career (Sammy Kershaw), not just a charted song. It seems extremely restrictive of wiki content to allow TenPoundHammer's nom of the article's deletion to happen. There is sufficient reason also to make the distinction here between single and album anyway. The album was titled after the hit single. Please take another look. I think my reasons are valid. Thank you very much.Wikibones (talk) 17:06, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
Hey there. Glad to see someone else is interested in defunct department stores. Wards was pretty nice but you didn't miss anything with Caldors. Woolworths were all over the map as far as quality; the one in Butte was pretty nice though.
The Woolworth Lists and Cat I've created include "namesakes" which would the South African and Australian companies that are named after the company but were never part of the original corporation. I've also included other cultural references like the Woolworth gun and museum. In the articles and the cat description I've tried to be clear on the name origins. I didn't want us working at cross purposes with the cat going forward.RevelationDirect (talk) 03:04, 8 November 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Vonslogo.PNG

A tag has been placed on File:Vonslogo.PNG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
