[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to My December, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - Mdsummermsw (talk) 14:19, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

Enough of this!
[edit]I've just spent the last twenty minutes cleaning up after you.
- Don't link to copyright violations on YouTube. You've already been warned once.
- Don't add unsourced information to articles. You've already been warned once.
- Don't add useless, unverifiable references to So and So's untitled album, or to TBAs. That's unsourced and unverifiable information.
- Don't upload images without providing the licensing information. I can see the image police have already been after you for this.
Please, read our sourcing policy and our image use policy. If you keep going the way you are going, you are going to wind up blocked.

Unspecified source for Image:Tila-tequila-stripper-friends.jpg
[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:Tila-tequila-stripper-friends.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 23:29, 29 June 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? PhilKnight (talk) 23:29, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
Lindsay Lohan
[edit] Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did to Lindsay Lohan. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, your edits will be considered vandalism and you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

Once again, an image without licensing information. If you don't include licensing information, the image cannot be included anywhere in Wikipedia. Please read WP:IUP before proceeding further.

Repeatedly adding unsourced information
[edit] This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did to Lindsay Lohan, you will be blocked from editing. Ward3001 (talk) 03:17, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
NO MORE UNTITLED ALBUMS
[edit]You don't seem to pay any attention to lower case, so I'll try shouting. Stop adding unsourced material like "untitled third album" to articles. It's unsourced. It doesn't belong. Stop, or, as Ward3001 says, you will be blocked.
Kww (talk) 03:22, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
- You've been reported on WP:ANI for this. I just rolled back another untitled album addition. You have to stop this.

Blocked
[edit]You have been blocked indefinitely for numerous editing problems, but more critically for a total lack of communication on any of the complains about your editing. This is not intended to be a permenant ban/block, but rather to get you to begin communicating over the various editing issues. Any other admin is welcome to unblock you at any point if you will simply start communicating to resolve the various complaints about your editing, as expressed in the warnings above here. I'll also drop a standard blocking template just below this, as that will show how to officially request unblocking.

I have conducted a reassessment of the above article as part of the GA Sweeps process. I have found some concerns with the article which you can see at Talk:Howie Day/GA1. I have placed the article on hold whilst these are fixed. Thanks. Jezhotwells (talk) 18:21, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
