Hi I am going to Peer Review the draft of your article.
[edit]I will primarily cover the Infant mortality rate paragraph as I assume it will be your main contribution. I feel it is writen with a nice neutral tone as it sticks only to the data, I checked both links work... I think that you should put it into the article in the order that the four quantifiable goals are presented. That being said, if you could, add citations to each of those four goals...
