Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

Someone using this IP address, 2001:448A:10CC:3C02:C5F9:55BA:FFC8:DF1D, has made edits to the page Straight-twin engine which do not conform to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not already been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

Logging in is not mandatory to read or edit pages on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free, requires no personal information, and has many benefits. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you. If you did not make this change, you may wish to consider getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Straight-twin engine. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. slakrtalk / 12:44, 17 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
