This hypothesis builds upon the foundational Lottery Ticket Hypothesis (LTH), which posits that sparse subnetworks can achieve comparable performance to the full network when trained in isolation from initialization."
I have no idea what any of this means.
Per point 7 of WP:NOTTEXTBOOK: "a Wikipedia article should not be presented on the assumption that the reader is well-versed in the topic's field.
