Remove everything in the edit window except for the template that begins with "{{AFC submission|".
The first "parameter" of {{AFC submission should be either "R" or "r"; change this to "D" in order to decline the submission.
The second parameter should be "cv-bot"; change this to "cv". This will change the template's display message from the bot's copyvio message to the standard copyvio message.
Right after the template, add {{Afc cleared}}. If you did it right, this should be at the end of the page.
