What's an entity?
The term "entity" is used in a few places in the article. But it's not defined nor a well-known thing IMO. Needs definition or a link to a definition. Stevebroshar (talk) 11:50, 13 November 2025 (UTC)

Why do some codes have their own article?
Some of the codes have their own article. Why some? Why not all? What's the criteria for a code getting its own article? IMO it seems silly that any code has its own article. Maybe we should fold all of these code-specific pages into this page. Stevebroshar (talk) 12:13, 13 November 2025 (UTC)
