DoB

This page, and IMDb, says that he was born in 1981 while the tag at the bottom says 1961 births. Also, if he was a production assistant and background character actor in In Living Color in 1990 he would have been just nine years old. The page for In Living Color says he is the oldest Wayans brother but Keenen was born in 1958 according to his page, so no matter which birthdate for Dwayne is the correct one he wouldn't be the oldest. I tried editing it to say that he passed away, even tried to use a video where his own family said he passed away. But because of things like confusing credits on like IMDB or something that has him listed as alive, it got discredited and removed. Yeah it's super confusing because there aren't any "reliable" sources that note his death outside of a 1-2 interviews with the brothers + he has a son (also named Dwayne) who still works on their projects. Damon has also said in a few interviews that Dwayne was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Apparently he passed away on August 3, 2000, but I can't find any reliable sources to validate that since he wasn't really famous. But yes, he has definitely passed away and the page should be updated accordingly. Nounisimproper (talk) 03:26, 3 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
