DVD Episode order is incorrect (2012)

In the 2012 Season Six and Seven DVD set, the episode order is incorrect; Try and Catch Me is marked as season 6, and the episodes marked as Season 7, are ordered How to Dial a Murder, Murder Under Glass, The Conspirators, and finally Make Me a Perfect Murder. This is the only such error for seasons 1-7, I'm unable to verify this for the sets for 8-10 or the original DVD relaases.

Should this be noted in the DVD section, and would it require a citation?
