Lithium hexafluoroaluminate is an inorganic chemical compound with the chemical formula Li3AlF6.[2][3]
Synthesis
[edit]The compound crystallizes from melts of lithium fluoride and aluminium fluoride:[4]
- 3LiF + AlF3 → Li3AlF6.
