Taskin Ahmed Kayum (born 20 March 2000) is a Bangladeshi musician and composer. He is officially verified as an YouTube Official Artist Channel (OAC) and is available on major international music platforms such as Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music, iTunes, and SoundCloud.[1][2]

Early life

Taskin Ahmed Kayum was born on 20 March 2000 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. From an early age, he was associated with music. He completed his Higher Secondary Certificate from Kabi Nazrul Government College in Dhaka.

Career

Taskin started his music career in 2020 using only his mobile phone to create music. Initially focusing on instrumental tracks, he released his first official tracks, Crazyness Music Truck and Relaxing Time, in 2022.[3]

His track Crazyness Music Truck provided a foundation for his music career, gaining popularity in Bangladesh. His solo album Relaxing Time also received positive attention. His music is gradually reaching wider audiences across the country.

In an interview, Taskin said, "I think music works as a part of the cultural revolution. Many see and hear bad culture in the name of entertainment. As a result, they fall in love with bad culture. I am hopeful that people will leave bad songs and embrace healthy, beautiful entertainment."

His viral track Mind Change has already been released and gained notable attention.[4]

Personal life

Taskin Ahmed Kayum has expressed his desire to build institutions for disadvantaged and orphaned children in the future, providing education and shelter. He also dreams of establishing a hospital where the very poor can receive treatment without cost.
