Submission declined on 27 May 2025 by Theroadislong (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). Rodrigo André Inácio Pinheiro (born 3 September 1997), known professionally as Madd Rod (/mæd rɒd/), is a Portuguese musician, DJ, and record producer, based in Berlin.[1] He is the founder of Inner Shah Recordings, an independent record label established in 2017 during his studies in Tübingen,[2] and of Panthera, an event series established in Lisbon in 2024.
He has released two studio albums: Dystopian Desert (2020)[3] and Sad Behaviour (2023).[4][5] The latter was reissued in 2024 as Sad Behaviour: Expanded Edition, featuring four new original tracks and three new instrumental versions.[6]
Madd Rod has produced remixes for a number of artists, including Xinobi, Night in Athens, Dole & Kom, Noporn, Jup do Bairro, Ohxala and SIS. His remix of the SIS's track Devran was included in the official soundtrack of Fire Island (2022).[7]
In February 2025, he released the EP Make You Sweat through Inner Shah, which included the track Leisure Suite (1409 BPM Mix), an unofficial surpassing of the BPM world record held by Moby with Thousand (1993).[8]
