| Submission declined on 7 October 2025 by Protobowladdict (talk). This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies. Declined by Protobowladdict 28 days ago. |
Fello (software)
[edit]Fello is an American software company that develops a data and marketing platform for professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries. The company was founded in 2021 and is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
History
[edit]The company was established in March 2021 by co-founders Ryan Young, Stephen London, Tom Schrader, and Suman Varanasi. It initially operated as an "iBuyer" company named FlashHouse. In June 2022, the company changed its name to Fello[1] and shifted its business model to focus on providing software for real estate agents. To support this transition, it announced it had raised $25 million in a funding round that included investment from Javelin Venture Partners.[2]
In 2024, the company expanded its services to include the mortgage industry, incorporating AI-powered features into its platform.[3]
Software
[edit]Fello provides a software as a service (SaaS) product that integrates with third-party customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Independent tech reviews from the publication Inman have described the platform's evolution. In late 2022, it was analyzed as a "hybrid iBuyer" tool that helped agents engage potential home sellers.[4] A subsequent review in 2023 focused on its function as a tool for winning seller leads by enriching an agent's existing contact database to identify and market to likely sellers.[5]
Industry Recognition
[edit]Inc. magazine ranked Fello at #23 on its 2025 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The company was also a finalist for an Inman Innovator Award in 2024[6] and was named a HousingWire Tech100 honoree in 2025.[7]
