TOPIC:SCRAMBLE, PARTITION AND COLONISATION OF EAST AFRICA SCENARIO The signing of the 1884 Berlin conference officially launched the effective occupation of African states by the European bigger powers hence leading to the colonization of East Africa.Under colonial rule,the colonialists established many policies in the region,the inpacts were far reaching thus being experienced even up to date.However , many East Africans seem to be ignorant about these effects. TASK As a student of History and Political Education,prepare a write up to the East africans about the effects mentioned in the scenario above.
