RfD needs attention...
Hello, fellow admins, our request for deletion page needs attention: There are quite a few overdue ones, which need closing. Disruptive changes from a large range.

- Large and long range blocks are fine. I usually enable account creation for large (>/20) IPv4 range blocks with a duration of over 1 month.
