Pliosaurid papers

I've been working on a substantial expansion to Peloneustes, and both of these publications have stood out to me as utile for the section on paleoenvironment, with the first also being significant for classification and the second for paleobiology. I've spent some considerable time looking for these publications, but without success. Can anyone email them to me?

Two, [2] and [3] (the chapter on air transport), NWU and Harvard refer to a different, third issue just in case the BNF cannot fulfill my order there. The Most Comfortable Chair, well, it's apparently available in some museum library around where I work, but I can't really commit to it at this point since I don't even know whether (and, if so, when) they are open to the public in these pandemic times. Perhaps someone else has an easier way of accessing it. Though I'm wondering a bit about the requested page range. So now you only want one page (110)? Anything is better than nothing, which is why I asked if 110 could be available. I only wanted content on Yepes and from the pdf, its covered between pages 110 and 115. Does anyone have Times (UK) access?

For Antonia Gransden and K. W. Gransden, I am trying to pin down Antonia's maiden or birth name. I have found two sources that have it as Harrison and one that has it as Morland. Does the Times obit say?

I'm looking for a text, which I unfortunately don't get in Northern Germany, not even with interlibrary loan and also not with the help of the page for similar requests in the German Wikipedia. The essay is:

I would like to use it for this German article: Let Us Continue. This is an article about a speech Lyndon Johnson gave on November 27, 1963. If the German article is ready, I plan to translate it for en.wikipedia.org.

Book pages request from The Great War for Civilisation: The Conquest of the Middle East by Robert Fisk

For 21st Waffen Mountain Division of the SS Skanderbeg, apparently there is a photograph of Mohammad Amin al-Husayni on one of these pages (the disputing parties aren't consistent on it), and there is a dispute over what the caption says he is doing. The snippet view on Google Books doesn't show the pic, and AFAIK there is no preview version available that shows it either. It would appreciated if whoever chases this down could just look for the picture of al-Husayni apparently doing the Nazi salute in the book and copy that page. Ping me if you have any questions?

@Peacemaker67: The Internet Archive has the 2005 edition of this book to borrow here (The Google Book link you supplied also gives the publication date as 2005).
