New pages patrol January 2025 Backlog drive

January 2025 Backlog Drive | New pages patrol
  • On 1 January 2025, a one-month backlog drive for new pages patrol will begin in hopes of addressing the growing backlog.
  • Barnstars will be awarded based on the number of articles and redirects patrolled.
  • Each article review will earn 1 point, while each redirect review will earn 0.2 points.
  • Streak awards will be given out based on consistently hitting point thresholds for each week of the drive.
  • Barnstars will also be granted for re-reviewing articles previously reviewed by other patrollers during the drive.

If you find, for example, a typo or missing content, you can add them. The number of edits and how often do you edit is up to you, you can edit as much as you can, and you can edit at specified times/days. Hope that helps! @Malhar1234, the article Tripura Queen Pineapple appears to be written by a large language model because the only content is a single paragraph whose writing is not written in the tone expected for encyclopedic articles. Large language models are discouraged because it can bring up false or outdated information and can violate copyrights and therefore needs to be proofread by others. Am I eligible for the role of a page movers, I want to separate many defunct electorate constituencies name from the present constituencies, because it's creating confusion. @Malhar1234, plain no; you are definitely not eligible for page mover rights. First, you should have 3000 edits. Second, you should be block free for 6 months. Finally, you must demonstrate familiarity with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines concerning article titles, naming conventions, and pave moves in general, for example, making justified requests on the requested technical moves venue. @Ndimyvette, before going anything further, what topic are you referring to? By the way, newly created articles are not indexed until 90 days passed, or a patroller marks the article as reviewed. ToadetteEdit (2025 is here) 06:36, 31 December 2024 (UTC)
@Ndimyvette, your biography, although appears promotional and not notable per WP:NAUTHOR, is on your sandbox at User:Ndimyvette/sandbox. DRAFTS should be on the article space before it could be reviewed. Seeing such writing with unambigous telling of WP:COI, I suggest you use WP:AFC. Cheers! Safari ScribeEdits! @Ndimyvette, I have reviewed the draft, and it does not meed Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, as it is not in a formal tone (neutral point of view) and is not notable enough to have a Wikipedia article (see the guideline for authors and people in general). Claiming that you are notable without bringing up sources to back up your claim is not enough. Being notable does not mean that the article will be indexed by search engines right away. It either has to pass 90 days or be reviewed in advance.
Writing an autobiography constitutes conflict of interest and should be generally avoided. Such drafts should be submitted using the Articles for creation process. ToadetteEdit (2025 is here) 13:24, 31 December 2024 (UTC)
