Need a subscription to insuedthueringen.de

For Ursula Sillge I don't speak German and while I am happy to pay them 0.99€ for the article, I don't want a subscription to a newspaper I can't read. Even if I could figure out how to pay them for it, I have no clue how I would cancel a subscription after receiving the article. I am hoping someone has a subscription and can send it to me.

"A new family of gymnodont fish (Tetraodontiformes) from the earliest Eocene of the Peri-Tethys (Kabardino-Balkaria, northern Caucasus, Russia"
Can I get ahold of this article, "A new family of gymnodont fish (Tetraodontiformes) from the earliest Eocene of the Peri-Tethys (Kabardino-Balkaria, northern Caucasus, Russia" [1] so I can get to work on a restoration and eventually start an article for Balkaria?
