Hello, AnonymousStackOverflow,
Please remove the deletion notices from this page unless you would like it to be deleted. Right now, it is tagged for deletion and could be deleted by an administrator. If you would like to retain it as a sandbox, I'd remove the deletion tags from it. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 23:38, 30 November 2021 (UTC)
- I removed them. Sorry, I thought that notices on my sandbox wouldn't automatically notify administrators. Thanks for pointing this out. Anonymous from Stack Overflow (talk) 00:33, 1 December 2021 (UTC)
- The page is still tagged for speedy deletion so it might be gone. Liz Read! Talk! 06:23, 1 December 2021 (UTC)
Username
Just wanted to say I like your username. I think many programming folks have had bad experiences on Stack Overflow. In my opinion, that community is not very friendly to newcomers. Wikipedia has its own issues (big learning curve, lots of user talk warnings) but overall makes a cognizant effort to be friendlier than Stack Overflow, for example, WP:BITE. Anyway, hello, and happy editing :) –Novem Linguae (talk) 15:50, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for the welcome. :) So far, I'm finding the Wikipedia community (and moderation) a lot better then SO's, and I'm glad that people actually follow WP:GOODFAITH. Anonymous from Stack Overflow (talk) 16:42, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
PROD of Felicia "Fe" Montes
Hi, I wanted to reach out an let you know I removed the PROD tag you added to the article on Felicia "Fe" Montes. I don't think an article can be prodded twice see: WP:PROD which says "PROD must only be used if no opposition to the deletion is expected. It must never be used simultaneously with a deletion discussion (AfD or FfD), and it may only be placed on a page a single time."
. If you think the article should be deleted you should take it to AfD, however I think it may survive because her work is in two notable institutional permanent collections. Netherzone (talk) 16:03, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
- My purpose of creating that tag was to second the deletion, so I suppose that I've used the wrong template. Which template I should use for seconding the request? Anonymous from Stack Overflow (talk) 16:36, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
