Streamlabs(前稱TwitchAlerts)是一個總部位於加利福尼亞舊金山的軟體公司，2014年成立，發布各種以直播和內容創建為中心的軟體。

[編輯]Streamlabs 成立於 2014 年，當時名為TwitchAlerts，是OBS Studio的一個分支，具有主播通常使用的屏幕視覺警報功能。[1]TwitchAlerts與Twitch沒有官方關聯，後來於2016年更名為Streamlabs。羅技於2019年9月26日以8900萬美元收購了該公司。[2][3]

批評
[編輯]2021 年 11 月 16 日，Streamlabs 發布了「Streamlabs Studio」,適用於 Xbox One、Xbox Series S 和 Xbox Series X 的雲捕獲軟體。[13]發布後，流媒體服務 Lightstream 指責 Streamlabs 抄襲了他們的宣傳材料。[14][15]當天晚些時候，OBS Studio 團隊在推文中聲稱，Streamlabs 在其產品中使用了「OBS」名稱，儘管 OBS Studio 已經拒絕 Streamlabs使用該名稱。這給人一種與 OBS Studio 合作的假象。[16]OBS Studio 的推文導致 Twitch 主播（包括 Pokimane 和 Hasan Piker）威脅稱，如果不做出改變，他們將抵制他們的產品。[17]Elgato 和 1UpCoin 等其他公司在Twitter上發布聲明，稱Streamlabs 抄襲了他們的產品。[18][19]該公司隨後從其產品中刪除了「OBS」名稱。[20][21]
