Template:User pro-anon & Template:User anti-anon

These two should probably

a) change names / be moved, since "anon", "anonymous editing" and "ip editing" are no longer things

b) have their language and links reviewed. The "anti" one is probably okay as-is, while the "pro" one should probably be rephrased to argue temporary account users should retain the right to edit Wikipedia, or some such.

Gradients in userboxes

User:Starlet147, yes. Couple of examples with gradients done using CSS: User:Tcr25/Userbox/User SCP fave, User:Diriector Doc/Ubx/Toured Caves, User:I'm Aya Syameimaru!/mtm, and User:Infinity128/Userbox/Weirdcore.
