Concern

I find this RFC not inline with "the encyclopedia ANYONE can edit" core value we have on this site. -- A Certain White Cat ^chi? 21:48, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

Perhaps we should include Proposal E: Change Wikipedia's motto to "The encyclopedia anyone can edit after someone else says your edit is acceptable after an unknown amount of time". Sam Walton (talk) 22:40, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
