Proposed Closure
[edit]Ok, it's been well past the 30 days for the RfC/U. Kolins hasn't done anything with the page therefore, I'd like to propose the following closure
No interaction between parties. No compromise was able to be hammered out after multiple requests for Kolins to come and respond to the complaints
Hearing no major objection, I'll close this RfC/U with that rationale in 5 days from this timestamp. Hasteur (talk) 14:39, 24 February 2012 (UTC)
- Kolis refusing to discuss the matter is exactly what the problem is. GiantSnowman 14:50, 24 February 2012 (UTC)
- RfC/U isn't a tool for handing down binding sanctions. If Kolins doesn't want to participate in this RfC/U there's nothing we really can do. If he starts up again with disruptive behavior without using the talk page, you can go forward to the Administrative Noticeboard or to Arbitration. This RfC/U has served it's purpose in making clear that multiple editors have a problem with Kolins' editing, regardless of their responding to the RfC/U Hasteur (talk) 14:21, 27 February 2012 (UTC)
- Good point, but his disruptive behavuour is continuing and previous attempts at ANI have resulted in nothing more than strongly woded warnings - which have clary had no effect. GiantSnowman 14:37, 27 February 2012 (UTC)
- Now that you have a RfC/U in hand you can advocate for direct Administrator intervention or ArbCom to step in and sanction the user. Hasteur (talk) 17:50, 27 February 2012 (UTC)
