You may want to either a) not certify the basis and just endorse and add your concerns, or b) endorse and specify what you aren't endorsing in your endorsement and then maybe add a section for your view point (and make it clear that it is not an outside view). Has this accomplished its goal?

Given User:CrazyInSane/statement, LtPowers view in the RfC and Crazy's more recent editing patterns, I am inclined to ask for this RfC to be delisted. It seems that Crazy has changed his editing patterns and is at least for now by and large being a useful productive editor with a minimum of POV pushing. What do others think of this? Well I thought he wasn't too bad before (but I am not messing in the BCE space). I am sure he is even more chastened now. We have plenty more rogue editors to deal with. CiS seems to me to have always responded to politely and constructively framed discussion. I am sure he will continue to do so and will continue to learn.
