Guys, aren't there more urgent things, like, umm, writing articles? Chelo might be blissfully disregarding the rules, but the cited violations are ludicrously insignificant. Disruption, if it ever existed, is limited to the eyes of very few people involved. Judging by the userified page there's no BLP problem either. If you don't like him - block him (it has been done already). What's the need for this waste of time when an escalating block will turn him off for at least a month?
