This is an RfA talk page.

While voting and most discussion should occur on the main RfA page, sometimes discussions stray off-topic or otherwise clutter that page. The RfA talk page serves to unclutter the main RfA page by hosting discussions that are not related to the candidacy.

Please remain calm and civil in discussions on both pages, avoiding personal attacks and harassment. Uninvolved administrators can still fully intervene in RfAs.
Discussions should stay on-topic; consider moving or continuing discussions that are going off-topic elsewhere.
Move discussions not germane to the candidacy here, then link them with {{subst:rfan|dm|name of section header}}, indented to the original vote. Be conservative in using the template; obvious trolls and disruptive participants need not be noticed.
Otherwise, avoid starting discussions here if they would be of interest to RfA participants and can fit on the main RfA page; generally, discussions should begin at the "General comments" section or as an indented reply to a vote.

N Oppose I am opposing these candidate due to their lack of experience in deal with AfD and enthusiasm to take action in this field after getting administratorship. Here are their stats and according to it, this user has participated in only 25 AfDs and has failure rate of approximately 17% (ideally it should be in single digit for more experienced editors). BLP Edits are only 8%. Editor created only 4 articles so far which should not be problem but all of these with together shows that editor requires some more experience before applying. @Harshil169: could you please clarify whether you find the candidate too enthusiastic towards articles for deletion, or too unenthusiastic? As a general rule, attacking any !voter tends to be of nil value. Sounds to me like an experienced editor would likely run across more than 25 discussions total, and that would be a valid point. Collect (talk) 17:59, 4 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Collect: I happen to disagree with this vote, but you'll notice I've worded my question as a request for clarification of the vote rationale.
