As a three-year member of the Wikipedia, I strongly believe that this candidate would make an effective administrator given his productive and beneficial edits on articles concerning military history, particularly in Western Asia and the Levant. I really appreciate his contributions on wikipedia, early islamic history and specially military history was in need of some attention, and he have improved the related article very much since last 3 years.
