People need three to five years to pass an RfA now? With no block history or bad behavior of any kind? Holy schneike. People should just be able to demonstrate that they know what they're doing; we don't know where we'll be that far in the future.

I'm not necessarily saying that this RfA should have passed, but, 3+ years is a lot. The Moose is loose! 12:55, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
