- Surely you realize that opposing every self-nom with the same string of text isn't going to carry any weight at all. Why bother? Besides your logic being fundamentally flawed, the fact that you only present a prima facie argument shows that you either haven't spent a second learning about this user or can't be bothered to formulate an opinion based on the individual case. - What weight the 'crat(s) generally give to Kurt's standard response to self noms is severely deprecated by the circumstances of this case - who is going to nom a desysopped editor who is requesting the community restore the bit because they do not care for the "via Arbcom" option; how was this RfA ever going to be anything other than a self nom? Mind you, it gives pause to think that Kurt - a long time contributor who was around at the time of the Geni desysop - did not recognise the name when checking if it were self nommed; the sort of mistake that a script can make, when it isn't carefully reviewed.
