Counter
[edit]- I purged the cache couole of times from one device, then checked from other device; but the tally still says (7/0/0). As of this comment it is (31/0/0). I also checked support section, everything looks fine. Any thoughts? Pinging Xaosflux, and Primefac. —usernamekiran(talk) 15:58, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- The tally at WP:Requests for adminship is closer, but it currently says 30 while the actual tally is 34. Definitely weird. -- MelanieN (talk) 16:01, 4 September 2019 (UTC) P.S. I wonder if it relates to the deletion of the sock vote under "oppose"?[1] That made the count into 7/0/0 and that's where it is stuck. -- MelanieN (talk) 16:17, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- And there you have it. Sorry about that :) ——SerialNumber54129 16:21, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- Good it's fixed (also, moved this to talk since it isn't about the candidate). — xaosflux Talk 18:12, 4 September 2019 (UTC)

- @FIM, @Xaosflux: but where n what was the problem? —usernamekiran(talk) 21:10, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- The problem was that when the troll vote was removed from Oppose, they also removed the # sign that is supposed to be there to show where to start the first comment. Apparently that messed up the numbering higher up. Restoring the # sign fixed the problem. Don't ask me why, that kind of stuff is way over my head. -- MelanieN (talk) 21:46, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- lol. Thanks for the response Melly. See you around :) —usernamekiran(talk) 22:14, 4 September 2019 (UTC)

Essay
[edit]I have typed up an essay with some thoughts reflecting on my experience here and what I think we know (and importantly don't know) about RfA at the moment. Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 19:10, 11 September 2019 (UTC)
