Hey there, I have a new Barnstar called The Rollbacker's Barnstar in my sandbox for rollbackers and I wish to move it to the main template. So, let’s have a discussion which we will move the page or not.

Okay, but I saw a Rollbacker's Barnstar in Simple English Wikipedia (that’s I usually edit) and this should be added too. The description for "The Anti-Vandalism Barnstar" is: The barnstar may be awarded to show great edits to protect and revert attacks of vandalism on Wikipedia, while the "The Rollbacker's Barnstar" is: The barnstar is awarded to rollbackers who tirelessly rollback vandalism edits, or show a rollbacker that their work is appreciated. The messages are little bit different, so

Barntars are also assigned with a specified criteria whether it be for general editing, an editors behavior, or by an articles specified-topic (see WP:TBARN). Barnstars are not recklessly added by editors simply because they're proud of their own work, pointless meaning, or with duplicate criteria of an already-existing barnstar. Proposal: The Barnstar of Fast Editing

I'd like to propose a new barnstar for editors who are fast to update articles based on recent events. I've seen a lot of jokes about how Wikipedia editors are very quick to update articles as soon as new information comes out, so I believe the editors who are fast deserve a barnstar for their speedy contributions.
