Stale discussion never closed

The discussion on File:WernerHerrmann.jpg has gone stale and was never closed. Evidence was offered (twice) that this was a public image from the U.S. National Archives. It's been four months since the original nomination, can we close this and remove the notice? -O.R.^Comms 05:50, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
