WiFi Map, Notability involved with United States v. Elcom Ltd. case

I added very important information on WiFi Map for Notability.

WiFi Map, it is one of the most popular free applications with worldwide, covering, available in 59 languages and in several operating systems. Ranked with the Nº 1 in connectivity for an entire world in this year 2017 following the GSMA Mobile World Congress celebrated in Barcelona, Spain

WiFi Map was co-founded by Dmitry Sklyarov related to the very know a criminal case United States v. Elcom Ltd. accused of been violated the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by creating the software company called “Advanced eBook Processor”, but finally he was declared not guilty of all the charges.
