Discussion for deletion was pretty weak. Note that, despite comments made in discussion: - though FlightLinux was funded by NASA, it was not funded by esa. - the original reference Eight Miles High, issue 37 of Linux User and Developer Magazine, 2004, is still available.
FlightLinux's own website hasn't been updated to indicate the project's lack of success, and cannot be relied upon.
