My understanding is that Dylan had played professionally for 3 years, which is one of the criteria for athlete inclusion in Wikipedia. Also, how would the term "experienced signal caller" be a copyrighted expression. It is an extremely common expression, similar to saying, "prayers go out to the family of..." when a tragedy occurs or talking about "green shoots" in the economy.

There is no indication of a pro career in either the article or the sources cited for the article. In response to the other point, common phrases are fine when it is used in original writing (on KSU's site), but when it is in a WP article based on that writing, and direct usage of key phrases in that text occur multiple times, that violates the copyright of the text as a whole as the property of the school, because the article writer here did not write the material on KSU's site.
