Hi all, I'm commenting here based on the above comment about the relisting discussions - if this is not the correct place to discuss please let me know. I believe this really needs to be an article. BitConnect is one of the biggest exposed scams/frauds in crypto. There have been articles covering it in Bloomberg[1], Fortune[2] and TechCrunch[3] just to name a few reputable. Not to mention major YouTube videos with probably 100's of millions of views total (not sure if view counts on youtube actually count for notability but in this social media era, it probably should - but that's a separate discussion.)

A Specific reason this is so important is that as crypto matures, a detailed analysis of these ponzi schemes and various scams is very important! Cheesy poof (talk) 05:13, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

OK - well that's strange. I just noticed that there is actually a BitConnect page. So the issue here is that if you search Google for: BitConnect Wikipedia, the first hit is actually this page: BitConnect - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/BitConnect No information is available for this page.

is there any way to change this? or will it get updated over time?Cheesy poof (talk) 05:18, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

interesting - it works now - the google search for bitconnect wikipedia gives the link to the bitconnect wikipedia page not this one! Cheesy poof (talk) 05:38, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
OK - it still does not work sometimes, probably depending on the google account / IP etc. Maybe this page should redirect to the now-existing page, or indicate that the AfD was revised?Cheesy poof (talk) 08:46, 22 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
