Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/AIMP
Since when wikipedia delete articles based on popularity, there were no lies in AIMP article, list of features were precise and exact. I really don't see any difference in winamp article compared to AIMP article other than list of versions changes and easter eggs. AIMP2 have few fans but I just don't see that that is the valid reason for deletion. I pointed on this wiki page every time I discuss audio players online.
Also can please editor who deleted this article with reason that its just another audio player with nothing more to offer, name at least one windows media player which is compact, not a resource hog and have tabbed playlist? Aimp was first who introduce tabbed playlists for audio players so I think it deserve some recognition.
I recognize your valiant effort to keep wikipedia on the level, but there is just no reason for deleting articles just because some of editors don't find them interesting or too common or whatnot. I thought wikipedia ought to know everything.
