- Evidence
This user continually pushes pro-Vietnam viewpoints in the course of his edits at Vietnam related articles under both his user account and under various IP addresses. He keeps deleting material that obviously suggest Chinese influence in Vietnamese history. This user has also been suspected of caught editing Wikipedia articles while blocked.
The following lists provide some questionable coincidences.
- [1] (Why did the user alter the sign-off?)
- [2] and [3] (two user accounts with same pro-Vietnam agenda)
- [4], [5] and [6] (common agenda and dishonest alteration)
- [7] (suspected of having the same agenda as the users involved with the aforementioned edits)
- [8] ,[9], [10] (same agenda as Webster121; clear cases of block evasion: see below for the block in question)
Also [11] shows a series of other problematic edits that are consistent with the editing pattern of Webster121.
Furthermore, Webster121 edited in violation of his one week block as listed in [12].
- Comments
There is a strong possibility that this user will continue his serial policy violations even if blocked. This user has continued censoring content for no good reason while this report was being filed.
- Conclusions
- All accounts resolve to the same host, and as obvious as this may be, I'm blocking Webster121 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) for one month. This block will be extended by one month for each additional obstruction, with an indefinite block after the third extension. seicer | talk | contribs 05:23, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- how can IP be a sockpuppet?he might just forgot to log in.--Freewayguy Call? Fish 01:25, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- That would be because the user has been switching back and forth both between his registered user account and his random IP sockpuppets in order to mask his serial policy violations. David873 (talk) 13:22, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
