In addition, 20 minutes after registering as a user Sports Rec (talk+ · contribs · deleted contribs · tag · block user · block log · CheckUser) created the article Grambling Tyrone Dominique, Jr. (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views).

I was involved with this user the first time. He's created the article under umpteen spellings, see the relevant warnings on his user talk as well as his deleted contribs (admin only). It's a repeat desperate attempt to re-create his autobio. That said, I don't think it's conceivable to SALT all his pages. He IP hops a lot although all are related. For reference the first SSP.
