- This anonymous user has been vandalizing with these two IP addresses for over two years, probably in an attempt to evade blocking. This is pretty obvious by comparing the contributions and talk page warnings.

It is likely that these are two different fixed IPs at the same educational institution. The same vandal has been using both, from time to time. Based on the last entire year of contributions, I think it's fair to describe these IPs as vandal-only accounts. I've blocked both IPs anon-only for six months each, and will wait to see if any editors disagrees. I don't see any sockpuppet inquiry as being needed; there is plain vandalism from both accounts and no particular scheme of deception. EdJohnston (talk) 15:08, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
