Both accounts show a pattern of first making a few significant edits (usually adding an infobox to an article) which they immediately self-revert, then posting messages in places like WP:Teahouse in extremely stunted English. The IP range posted messages on the first account's talk page after it was blocked asking to be unblocked, and its history shows the same pattern of broken English at least as far back as September 2024.
