Description

Sbakuria ignores requests to discuss the changes they make to the article. The user changes to a poorly formatted and promotional version of the article. Several attempts have been made to engage the user in discussion, but all have been completely ignored and the user's reverts continue.

User most likely isn't going to respond to any request to discuss his or her edits. If Sbakuri continues this behavior then a block will probably be effective for the user to look back on his/her edits.
