Wikipedia is an amazing community - full of diverse, wonderful people and these people are served by complex Wikipedia politics. An Administrator/Syzop to me is like a social worker in some respects - they serve the community, advice for people and they do this because they care - just like how I care, how I care for Wikipedia and the wonderful people who use so much of their precious time for other people and I know how my contributions will make an affect that will be small but it is getting that one step further to the dream of what everybody wants - a dream of diversity and knowledge - I care for the people who care, the people who want a comprehensive, self-maintaining community that has norms and also individuality of those indivduals in the community who need to be protected.
I want to use my time to protect and assist, lubricate and mediate so the community can focus in doing the duties - because thats all what the community wants and I'm willing to serve for hours to conclude a problem. I want to be an administrator so I can extend my capabilities in serving you and your colleagues because we all care for each other and that really warms my heart.

Questions for the candidate
[edit]Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
- A: I intend in analysing every new situation and adapt myself to the situation using The Five pillars of Wikipedia and the tools open to me. I intend to use the tools in a modular and progressional fashion which reflects the rapid and active changing of the community and society without the use of force and without making an unnecassary authorative stance.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: My best contibutions are when I decided to join MedCab and Editor assistance as a volunteer because this has opened a window of opportunity and when I opened this - I connected with the community and started enabling my focus to the society.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: I will deal with conflicts - by listening - because listening is magic and there is nothing better than listening and analysing and giving everybody a fair say because we are all Human. By looking at myself and the way I am acting - I will be able to improve and adapt.

Oppose
[edit]- Oppose I am sorry, because I am sure that you mean well. But you have only 79 edits in total, which is only a small fraction of the amount of experience you need to demonstrate your readiness for the tools. I urge you withdraw this application. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 21:18, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose - sorry you are just not ready yet and you have not participated enough in the right areas. You have a very low number of Wikipedia-space contributions. You have never participated in any XFDs nor have you shown any work in areas where the tools are required. You may want to read up on Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship and trying again in 3-4 months. You would have a better chance then, seeing as you already appear to be quite a civil and eager contributer.¤~Persian Poet Gal (talk) 21:20, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose I'm sorry but you do not seem to have the level of participation which I require for my vote in a candidate just yet. Keep up the good work, try expanding into administrative areas like WP:AIV, WP:AfD etc. and come back when you have some more experience (8 months sound okay?). I'd second Anthony's request that you should withdraw this request, for now. —Cyclonenim (talk · contribs · email) 21:21, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Neutral
[edit]- Neutral I'm afraid that this RFA has little chance of passing. Avoiding pile-on. Sam Blab 21:20, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
