Questions for the candidate
[edit]Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What admin work do you intend to take part in?
- A: I plan to work in general cleaning actions, such as vandal patrol, and keeping disputes under control. I also plan to work with AfD articles, to improve them, and, if necessary, delete them. I can keep my cool with disputes, and am good with people, creating an unbiased source for dispute resolution.
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: Mostly my anti-vandal efforts. I constantly patrol recent edits to make sure that all of the edits made are constructive, not vandalising or testing. I also work well with stubs, gathering new information and citing sources.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: Personally, I have not had any true conflicts with users, except for a short dispute with a user over a revert I made, but this was quickly sorted, and the user realised his mistake in the edit. Keeping my cool in situations is a specialty of mine, and manage to keep my emotions under control, rarely getting angry at people.
- 4. You see that another administrator has blocked an editor and you disagree with the block. What is the policy about unblocking and do you intend to adhere to it?--MONGO 19:19, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]Oppose
[edit]- I hate to be one to oppose due to edit count, but with just over 500 edits, it is very difficult to review your ability to be an admin. You seem to be inexperienced, too. I suggest taking your mind off adminship (after all, we're here to build the encyclopedia, not get adminship) and doing some work on articles, getting involved in XfD and discussions. Build up your experience here, and then without a doubt, you will pass adminship, if and when that time comes. Qst 19:17, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
- Soory but not now too few edits and the answers to your questions. SashaCall 19:38, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Neutral
[edit]- He does not have many edits, which makes it hard to judge his ability, and the answer to question one does not show if he understands what an admin does. Sorry:(--SJP wishes you a happy Veterans Day 19:26, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
