OldakQuill has in the three months since he came here created, cleaned up, expanded and in other ways tended to a myriad of stubs. He seems to enjoy Wikipedia and I can't find any conflicts in his past here. He is a devoted, hard-working Wikipedian with insight into what makes Wikipedia work.
