[change source]- Hello, as I write this, you have exactly one edit. This means that you likely don't know the subtle differences between this Wikipedia and the regular English WIkipedia. You don't know the community. We do have editors who have a five or six digit edit count, and who aren't admins. - (was about to write this before getting an edit conflict) I think an admin or crat could potentially consider snow closing this, chances of passing here are obviously very slim and requests for adminship were also posted at Meta and MediaWiki roughly around the same time.
