• Merphant I've been here for a little over a year. I'd like to be an admin so I can fix typos on protected pages.
  • Long overdue. Merphant is an excellent contributor and I can't think of a single reason why Merphant's account should not be upgraded. Do I hear a second? --mav

  • No secret. He made some major edits to some ST pages, like Starship Enterprise. And Merphant? I did worked with him once on Wiktionary. And his "bio" cracked me up. Yes, I support him. --Menchi 04:52 12 Jul 2003 (UTC)
  • One can make major edits to pages without being interested in the subject matter. I know this is horrendously off-topic, but I feel that given some of my recent edits I need to stress the fact. :) And while I'm here, I'll support Merphant's nomination for the same reason as Jtdirl... -- Oliver P. 06:16 12 Jul 2003 (UTC)
