Hello everyone! Today I am nominating Hiàn for adminship here. Hiàn has been a very active and helpful member of the community for many years now. He is active in many areas of the community and is frequently active in the areas where these tools can help in making his work here easier. He has made hundreds of QD requests and has participated in many community discussions, and has been an active contributor in the content area as well. I'm privileged to have the opportunity to co-nominate and support Hiàn in his RfA. Hiàn has been a dependable and trustworthy member of this community for a long period of time. Hiàn's skills run the range from content to anti-vandalism and I believe Hiàn represents the whole Wikipedian package. Hiàn will serve this community in a stellar fashion.   4. So far, it seems that Hian has been interested in project maintenance activities, but also understands his place and does not think he's more important than others. He also seems to be very active on IRC, which I've been told is usually faster than VIP page.
